A science nerd at heart with a love for learning, I also dream about being on the Food Network show. For now, I will settle with experimenting in my own kitchen, and using my fiance as the taste tester.

I'm an outdoor enthusiasts, and prefer to be outside all the time. I've played competitive sports all my life, including track, swimming, Rugby, snowboarding, and currently volleyball is the new obsession.

I am currently working full-time with kids, ages K-12 while studying nutrition and writing on HubPages.
